Keynote: Inspired Today, Transforming Tomorrow
The evolution of the fitness industry exposes many similarities and differences throughout time. From Hippocrates in 400 BC to Frederich Judwig Lahn opening the first fitness club in 1811, to Jack Lalanne bringing fitness to the American public, one thing hasn’t changed; the why. Throughout time we may change the how we deliver fitness to the world through trends, programs, and people but why we do it never will. In the fitness industry, we are here to take people to a place they cant get on their own. Leave inspired and transform tomorrow.

The ABCs: Applications of Behavior Change

Great coaches are great leaders! Our roles are to help people facilitate a change and reach goals. It can be difficult because we are expected to deliver results when we may only spend a small percentage of a week with our clients and members. In this interactive session, you will understand the role of empathy, trust, and rapport along with the transtheoretical model of behavior change and how to apply it to create a long-lasting result in our clients.

Cycle to the Clouds Above
Creating a memorable fitness experience is one of the top items that an instructor must deliver on. Boutique studios are on the rise and opening locations around the world. You can still deliver an award winning cycling experience by using music, lighting, and coaching methods to create a euphoric experience. Let’s do it together!
