The need for Midwest Fit Fest was realized at a Region III Lead on Conference in 1998. Since then, Midwest Fit Fest has been dedicated to providing professional development opportunities to students, university affiliated staff, and professional staff through collaboration, and sharing ideas, network, and new skills. This two-day conference is held annually at various schools around the Midwest. The University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign is ecstatic to host the 20th annual Midwest Fit Fest as we take a look at “The Evolution of Fitness”.
